What we collect
Contact details, business name, postcode, machinery requirements, part-exchange details and photographs, your Ask FLAIL conversation summary, and campaign/referral information.
Why
To understand your requirement and introduce you to a suitable authorised dealership for the machines you select. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
With your acknowledgement, we share the details you approve with one appropriate dealer per requested machine. Photographs and documents are stored privately and only available to authorised FLAIL staff and the selected dealer.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained only as long as needed for the introduction and reporting, then deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your data at any time via the contact page.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing, under UK GDPR.
